What We Are:

Deilen Resource Management is a consultancy delivering proactive waste and resource management advice. From our base in South Wales, we work with clients across the UK and beyond to understand your project specific waste and resource management needs and support you in achieving compliant and sustainable outcomes.

Who We Are:

Company Director, Catherine Leaf, is a Chartered Resource and Waste Manager and Chartered Environmentalist with over 25 years relevant experience. Catherine’s knowledge and experience originates from her years of supporting redevelopment projects in the built environment. Over the last decade she has also applied that skill set to the offshore energies sector, supporting some of the largest oil and gas decommissioning projects in the North Sea.

Catherine is adept at designing and delivering project specific waste and resource management strategies that guide and inform decision making throughout the project’s duration. With a keen focus on bringing circular economy principles to her projects, Catherine also applies her skill set to development of offshore renewables projects, bringing the learnings from oil and gas decommissioning and supporting developers to plan for the end at the beginning.

How We Work:

In addition to working directly for our clients, Deilen Resource Management works collaboratively with other, select environmental consultancy providers. Therefore, either via direct appointments or via sub consultancy agreements, we can provide our services to a broad range of client organisations.
